Fitness and Sports

In a conventional training session, only 40% of the muscle fibers are trained; with Fitvibe vibration training that percentage reaches the 100% mark. And it’s not only the muscle tissue that responds. Recent clinical studies have shown that vibration training also has a positive effect on tendon tissue, bone tissue, the nervous system and hormonal balances.

Health and Anti-Aging

Vibration training can slow down the ageing process as it strengthens muscles, improves blood flow and increases density of the skeletal bones. Research has shown that the peripheral circulation rises by 100 to 150%, as anyone with cold feet will soon notice.

Your Fitvibe Course

Scheduling your appointments

To achieve the best results from your Fitvibe course we recommend that you complete 3 Fitvibe and CV sessions per week. You should leave a day between each session.

The first appointment

On your first appointment we will take your measurements in centimeters, also your weight and body fat percentage. We measure over your normal gym clothes so wearing a T-shirt and shorts or light tracksuit bottoms/leggings are best. Your Fitvibe Instructor will then discuss the areas you are aiming to improve with you. This will help your Instructor build the best possible course for you. Most courses will also include some CardioVascular exercise which can be done either before or after your Fitvibe session.

The Fitvibe session

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session starts, as you should warm up with at least 5 minutes of exercise on any of the CV equipment before you use the Fitvibe. If you arrive late for your booked session, we may need to reduce your time spent on the Fitvibe to ensure that our next appointment is able to start on time.

Results

At the end of your course, we will take your measurements again so you can see how well you have done!

Fitvibe Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend any of your Fitvibe appointments, please call Ocean on 01903 205000 as soon as possible to let your instructor know.

We allow up to 3 appointment cancellations per 12 session course to be re-booked free of charge. If any more than 3 sessions are cancelled the 4th and any subsequent missed or cancelled sessions will not be re-booked and no refund will be given.

If, due to special circumstances, you are unable to complete your course for a period of time, please contact Marie or Kriss to discuss suspending your course until you are able to continue.
