Exercise Classes: Frequently Asked Questions

Attending Your Class

Beginners

Don't worry if you've never attended an exercise class before. Just be honest and let the class instructor know at the start of your class. The majority of classes are suitable for a mix of all abilities, and the instructors can provide easier options for the exercise moves tailored to your personal fitness level and experience

Old Hands

Similarly, if you're a seasoned exercise class buff, or you're looking for a new challenge - let the instructor know at the start of your class!

Injuries

If you have any injuries or medical conditions that may be aggravated by exercise you must tell the instructor at the start of the class
