Our studio classes can be a great motivation to your exercise routine. We strictly limit the number of people attending each class so that you won’t feel intimidated or get lost at the back of a crowd! This also means you can get to know the other members in the class and can help turn your exercise routine into more of a social event.

Knowing you can catch up with friends while you’re here will help you take that sometimes difficult step away from the TV! And many people find that having a more fixed timetable for their fitness programs encourages them to leave work on time, and cuts down on staying late for "just one more email" .

Our classes are also open to non-members at £5 per class, so if you want to bring someone with you for that extra moral support you can.

Pump FX

Class Descriptions

20/20/20

20 mins of aerobics to raise the heart rate, 20 mins of step to work the whole body and 20 mins of body conditioning and stretching to tone and relax.

Boxfit

A circuit class with a difference, incorporating boxing moves using punch bags and pads to get you fighting fit fast!

Circuits

If you need a little extra motivation to take your fitness to the next level, then this is the class for you. A mixture of strength and cardiovascular exercises, with options to suit all fitness levels.

Classical Pilates

Celebrities and elite athletes have been using the Classical Pilates exercise method for years because it is low impact, flattens the abdominal muscles and reshapes and tones the whole body without stressing the joints.

Combi-Fit

A cocktail of Boxfit, Circuits and 20/20. With exercises to increase the heart rate, tone the whole body, and a few boxing moves to relieve that stress.

Pump FX

A motivational resistance workout set to music using barbells and weights to strengthen and tone.

 

Legs, Bums and Tums

One of our most popular classes - perfect to improve those bits we love to hate. A non-aerobic class concentrating on the lower body.

Salsa Aerobics

A sizzling low impact aerobic workout with hip shaking salsa music. Great for the waist and hips.

Step Aerobics

Easy to follow combinations on the step. Fantastic for improving cardiovascular fitness, burning fat and toning the lower body

Step Conditioning

A funky uplifting step class for anybody to follow. This class will not only tone the heart but the mind and body as well!

Studio Cycling

Studio Cycling at its best. You control the speed and resistance, so whether you want an “easy ride” or a hard workout, this is the class for you. Guaranteed to increase your fitness and burn fat. Regular classes throughout the week.

Yoga

Hatha yoga to strengthen, stretch and calm the body. Special morning session to get your day off to a great start!
